These are not made-up stories. This is how assistants work every day in the engineering company run by the project's founder. Figures as of 12 October 2026.

This is what works for us, not a promise that it will be the same for you. A trial run will show your own figures.

Instructions by voice

What we handed over: assistants in Telegram take voice and text, show what they understood and get to work.

What we have today: in 30 days the assistants received 673 voice messages - 6 hours 41 minutes. Nobody would have typed that much.

The assistant sorts orders from online platforms

What we handed over: the assistant looks at new orders first and filters out the ones that don't suit the company.

What we have today: in two days 46 orders were reviewed, and 4 matched the company's criteria. Only those reach the owner.

The contract is assembled by software

What we handed over: the software assembles a contract from an approved template and data, and checks the finished file itself: no empty fields, no one else's details, totals that add up.

What we have today: 10 types of contract, 24 templates - for an individual, a sole trader and a company. After every change, the software itself is checked by 457 automated tests.

Money by project - in one place

What we handed over: payments are recorded in the CRM - from what the owner says and from bank statements.

What we have today: the CRM holds 445 payments and 42 projects. Bank statements since the start of the year - 272 entries - were entered in one day.

Each area has its own assistant

What we handed over: engineering, estimating, marketing, the website and hiring each have their own assistant with its own knowledge and permissions. One more is a personal assistant for an employee.

What we have today: 6 assistants and a knowledge base of 9 documents, about a million characters.
