How we work

Step 1
Discovery call
A conversation with the owner and the people who do the work. We look at where the time goes and which parts of it can be handed over to an AI assistant.
What you get: A plan: what can be handed over to an AI assistant, how it would work and which task to start with. If needed, we'll show you an example with fictional data.
Free. 30-60 minutes.
Step 2
Trial run on one task
One task, your data, a small group of employees. We set it up, launch it and adjust as we go.
What you get: A working assistant and a hands-on understanding of what it gives you.
From $1,200. Up to 30 days, written into the contract.
Step 3
Support
We keep an eye on the assistant, fix glitches and make small changes. A new task is connected as a separate piece of work.
What you get: An assistant that works every day, not “until the first glitch”.
From $180 per month.
