An AI assistant for employees: answers from your company's rules and guides
A newcomer asks colleagues ten times a day how to file a request and where the template is. The experienced ones answer - and fall behind on their own work. The assistant knows the company's procedures and answers instead.

Now
Sound familiar?
- The company's knowledge lives in the heads of two or three people.
- The procedures are written down, but nobody reads them.
- A newcomer takes a long time to get up to speed and distracts experienced colleagues.
- The same questions get asked over and over.
With the assistant
What the assistant does
- Answers questions from your procedures, guides and knowledge base - and shows which document the answer comes from.
- Gives step-by-step guidance: how to process an order, what to check before handing over the work.
- Honestly says “I don't know” if the answer isn't in the knowledge base, and passes the question to a manager.
- Each department has its own assistant - with its own knowledge and permissions.
- Helps build the knowledge base: from documents, correspondence and what experienced employees tell it.

Common questions
What stays with people?
Procedures are approved by the owner. The assistant doesn't invent rules - it answers from the ones that exist.
What do we need from you to launch?
Procedures, guides, templates - in any form. An experienced employee to answer questions while the knowledge base is being built. Roles: who needs to know what.
We have no written procedures. Is that a problem?
No. A knowledge base can be built from scratch: from documents, correspondence and conversations with experienced employees.
Can the assistant make up an answer?
We set it up to answer only from the knowledge base and to show where the answer comes from. If the answer isn't there, it says so.
