What do we need from you to launch?
A phone system that records calls and lets software access the recordings. Any such system will do. A CRM to save the outcomes in. Rules: what counts as spam, who to notify about a call.
How accurate is the speech recognition?
Everyday business speech is recognised well. Names, addresses and rare terms may be written down with mistakes, so the record always keeps a link to the call recording.
Do we need to change our phone system?
Usually not: it's enough for your phone system to record calls and make the recordings available.
