Hand the routine to an AI assistant - get your time back
The assistant lives in Telegram. You tell it what to do by voice or text, as you would a colleague.
- A request doesn't wait until morning: the assistant replies to the client straight away and lets you know.
- No need to keep tasks in your head: the assistant reminds the employee and tells you if something is overdue.
- Contracts, estimates and reports are put together automatically - you just check them.
The first step is free: a 30-60 minute call. We'll show you which parts of your routine the assistant can take on and what it would cost.
Here's what I understood:
- Task: send the quote to the client
- Assignee: Alex
- Due: Friday, 6:00 PM
What you can delegate
Recognise any of these? Choose a tile - we'll show how the assistant handles it. Each task can be taken on its own.
A request sits there until morning, and the client has already gone elsewhere.
Requests in one place, answered straight away
02After a call, nobody remembers what was agreed.
After a call, it's clear what was agreed
03Tasks live in the owner's head and in chats.
Tasks with reminders, not in your head
04Every contract is put together by hand from the last file.
Contracts and estimates without manual assembly
05To see how things are going, you have to go through spreadsheets, the bank and every chat.
In the morning you can see what's urgent
06A newcomer asks colleagues the same things ten times a day.
Newcomers stop interrupting colleagues
It suits companies that have requests, calls, tasks and documents - and an owner who doesn't have enough hours in the day for all of it. For engineering, installation and construction companies - a separate page

The button opens Telegram. There, a bot with fictional data shows step by step what the assistant does and what is left to a person. You don't need to enter anything.

Examples
This is how assistants work in the engineering company run by the project's founder. Figures as of 12 October 2026.
Instructions by voice
In 30 days the assistants received 673 voice messages - 6 hours 41 minutes in total. Nobody would have typed that much.
Orders from online platforms
In two days the assistant went through 46 orders. It showed the owner only 4 - the ones that fitted.
Money by project
Bank statements since the start of the year - 272 entries - were entered into the CRM in one day.
How we work
- Step 1
Discovery call
We look at where your time goes and choose where to start.
Free. 30-60 minutes.
- Step 2
Trial run on one task
We set up the assistant with your data and test it in real work.
From $1,200. Up to 30 days.
- Step 3
Support
We make sure everything keeps working and make small changes.
From $180 per month.
Common questions
How much does it cost?
Discovery call - free. Trial run on one task - from $1,200, support - from $180 per month. The price depends on the size of the company and the complexity of the task.
Where do we start if we've never worked with AI assistants?
With one task that takes the most time and can be described by rules. The discovery call helps you choose it.
Will employees need training?
People message and talk to the assistant in plain words, as they would to a colleague. There is no separate program to learn.
Will an AI assistant replace our employees?
No. The assistant takes over the routine: writing things down, reminding, assembling a document, pulling figures together. Decisions, negotiations and responsibility stay with people.
What if the assistant makes a mistake?
Important actions - sending something to a client, anything involving money, deleting data - the assistant carries out only after a person confirms. Everything it does is logged, and any action can be checked.
Will we have to change the software we're used to?
First we look at what you already use and fit the assistant into it. If you don't have a CRM (a system for keeping track of clients), we set up our own, with a Telegram bot.
How long does it take to launch?
One task - up to 30 days. The timescale is written into the contract.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays in your own systems. What the assistant may and may not be given, we decide together before launch and write into the contract.
More
The assistant works with your CRM, email and documents through access that you grant and can revoke on any day. The assistant itself runs on AI models from third-party developers - Anthropic and Google: the model receives the text of the instruction and whatever is needed to answer it. If that data includes personal data of your clients, we decide together before launch what to anonymise and what not to send to the model. All of this goes into the contract.
What shouldn't be handed over to the assistant?
Decisions a person is accountable for: the price for a client, the terms of a contract, the assessment of an employee's work. The assistant prepares the data for such decisions, and the owner makes them.

Tell us what slows your work down. We'll suggest which parts of it an assistant can take on.
- 1You leave your contact details and a few words about what gets in the way.
- 2We get in touch and agree on a time.
